An ecological and economical action.
Since 2005 development has been focused on saving water, to offer a complete range of services and systems reducing water consumption and waste, thereby improving the running cost of your plant and the impact on the environment.
ICE R&D, Sales department and Project team work regularly and continuously to improve the efficiency of ICE systems limiting the water consumption and losses. Several systems have been developed along these lines:
RO-WASA – A system reducing the concentrate flow of RO by up to 5% of the inlet flow
FI-WASA – A system reducing the permanent water rejection generated by the sand filter vent, carbon filter, oxidation column etc…
RIN-WASA – An original recycling system for bottle rinsers offering water savings as well as the full guarantee of sterility for this rinsing water – applicable to classical filling lines still using rinsers, or more sensitive systems, such as CAF.
WA-WASA - The ICE team is now working on a bottle washer rinsing water recycling system for 5 Gallon washers as well as for glass bottles
BA-WASA – Or how to reduce the backwash water consumption of your sand filter by 80% by improving its efficiency
CIP-WASA – This system reduces your consumption of water and chemicals
In parallel with these systems, ICE experts track the water losses in your plant, by managing WASA audits, checking all water uses, all waste water, defining the way to save them, to re-use them, to recycle them, to treat them, and finally to minimize your discharge into the City Water Sewage system, i.e. Nature.
